Creighton is a small rural town in the Harry Gwala District of southern KwaZulu-Natal and serves as the administrative seat of the Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Local Municipality. Situated about 35 kilometres north-west of Ixopo, the town lies among green valleys, dairy farms, grass-covered hills and the foothills leading towards the Southern Drakensberg.
